In an effort to truly think outside the pan Y.U.M.TM Culinary Academy is pleased to present our tour division. With the modern cooking craze combined with the recent food scene being at the forefront of our daily lives Michael feels that the time is ripe to look behind the scenes!

In the world of food and wine there is so much to learn and see above and beyond the local grocery store. From the local deli and butcher shop to the fish hatchery not far from town. Each tour will be custom tailored to suit the facility.
